Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you register.
• Campaign and payout information: campaign activity, payout amount, payout method, phone number, account name, account number, bank name, and notes that you submit.
• Campaign media: administrators may upload campaign images. Uploaded images are optimized and stored with the campaign record.
• Technical information: session cookies, device/browser information, and basic security or error logs needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure accounts;
• show campaigns and manage creator RPM rates;
• review and process manual payouts in MWK;
• respond to support requests and service messages; and
• prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate Klipd, such as with our hosting and database providers, or when an administrator needs payout details to complete a manual payment through the selected mobile-money or bank channel. WhatsApp is used for campaign briefs and submissions, subject to WhatsApp's own policies.

Security and retention

Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. We retain account, campaign, and payout records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain financial records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct inaccurate account information or ask about deletion by contacting admin@klipd.mw. Some records may need to be retained for security, accounting, or legal reasons.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Klipd changes. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we publish an update.
